NOMINATIONS FOR EXECUTIVE OFFICERS

The Executive Officers of the Club shall be appointed by the voting members at Annual General Meeting on 3rd July 2021 for a period of one year and shall be honorary positions.

Any Officer may stand for election or re-election, provided they have been a voting member of the Club for not less than one year, and, if not present at the General Meeting, have indicated in writing their willingness to stand for election.

Everyone who has an interest in the club is welcome to attend the AGM and share their views including infrequent players, and social members.

A Nomination form will be displayed on the clubs noticed board inside the clubhouse with all nominated postions.

Please ensure that all nominations are posted by 30th June 2021.
